What does the phrase Dream Bigger mean.
Honestly im not so sure of my Damn self what the phrase Dream Bigger Means
Lets discuss what this would mean for ME. I have had a many a dream in my life time. Some are good and have came true.
Then their are other Dreams that really, I don’t care if i ever have them again. Now folks im NOT talking about your mental dreams. No im talking about what your dream goals in life would be.
The Start of life and Dreams
When it all began for me was when i was a little turd. I always wanted to become a truck driver. Through my teen years my dad was an owner operator. Any chance i had to get in that truck, Man i was their. This is what i truly wanted to be as my career.
When you have spare time and your just sitting anywhere, Just watch what is going on around you. Ya mite just pick up some knowledge.
Folks if you think that when i was in that truck i was just riden, NOT true, i watched my Dad go through the motions of shifting, paying attention to his surroundings, backing up. I paid total attention to what Dad was doing and i learnt from observation.
As time went by and i got more familiar with the truck , brakes all that good stuff, My Father would allow me to move (a loaded 90000lbs truck) at the elevator to keep up with the line. I got a big grin out of this,i didn’t have my drivers license yet, We were on private property.
The time came and i got just my drivers license for just a car, But i looked older than i was and could get away with it back then and not to mention we d go to Fargo North Dakota onjce in a while to pick up new Steiger tractor s from the factory . Then deliver them back home, I drove a little through Minnesota across 94 .
Finally in 1985 after i graduated from High School, Mt big Break came, The company my Dad was leased to wanted to put me to work as a driver, SO THIS Dream came true, BUT NOT FOR LONG!!!!
UPS AND DOWNS
As my life went on i had some more dreams that i achieved.
From the time in 1986 up till 2004 i did drive , but just on the side to get my kicks for diesel smoke.
Im not going to say that i got married to my dream wife, FAR FROM THE TRUTH. Nor did i have a dream job. NOT.
But back then i had a lot of fun . I worked very hard and also got to play fairly hard at the same time.
When i was working at the stone quarry , after being employed for some time .I thought that i mite want to be a Stupidvisor, That dream cam true, Not what i really wanted after a few years of being such.
Then from 2004 through 2020 I owned my own Truck and put 1.8 million on my ass in trucks that owned over the years. So the dream of working for myself came true
Dream Bigger Than you can Imagine?
Through our lives we dream about Being Wealthy, Not Having to Work. Being able to do what you want and when. Driving a Brand NE.W TRUCK. Having a new Kubota tractor.
Folks as ive gotten older and one hell of a lot more SALTY than i used to be. Before i didnt care where, who or how loud i got about Expressing my opinion.
The point im making about myself is. Ive Been Their, Done That, Have that. My tired ASS is now at 56 years old with every thing that ive had in my life and lost, then got back. im really ready to just to get rid of stuff.
As far as Dreams. I really think most of the time your just kidding your self.
but their are those though. They will somehow rise above and conquer , then get their REWARD, What ever the reward may be.
the ones that are able to rise above are Definitely leader material, They will also be up front of the pack.
If I Had 1 Dream the Gennie in the Bottle would Grant me?
In my life i really don’t see a lot of being a dreamer .but here goes
I own a large parcel of ground. Their is an organization that me and my wife run( which my wife and my dogs are my Y). My passion is for dogs, and if you never paid attention to the word dog. Turn it around and it spells GOD. To me a dog is Godly creature. Dogs are the real only true friend that one has on this Earth.
Anyhow , we own and run this organization and WE fund it. Their are employees that have to meet to a very high standard of caring and patience.
The organization is for DOGS. my dream would be to be able to cover the country and rescue and bring back to the property which is a complete compound of buildings to house them in.
The property would be completely fenced in so intruders would have a difficult time trying to enter. Also so the dogs could get out.
We would have an on duty staff of associates to help care for all of the dogs. the staff would work with them and try to rehab the animals so they can be placed hopefully in a furever home.
They site would also have an on duty Veterinarian.
The 1 and only true thing that i would die for , other than my wife, Would be a dog, id give up my meal to help a dog. when im around a dog , NOTHING ELSE MATTERS to me at that moment. They depend on nus to feed and care for, MOST importantly, LOVE THEM like a child, or at least i do.
My dream would be similiar to the The Land of a Thousand Stray Dogs. Look it up folks. Many a time when the MEGA Lottery is really really high.If i won Id take the majority of that money and my Philanthropy would be 100% for the Saving and Caring of All dogs. Give monies out to Foundations that care for the safety and well being of our K-9 friends.
TRUE HAPPINESS FOR ME
Dont kid your self folks. Dreams and happiness are great if achievable. Really anything is , if you want it.. The great Phil Harris once said to his boys , Josh and Jake . IF YOU WANT IT, YOU GOTTA WORK FOR IT!!!.
I have worked myself to an old man . Dont regret what i did , and how i did it. Ive been up Ive been down.take my world , turn it round, i aint askin for much, (zz top)Well i have had it and lost it. With all of that ,The only time i TRULEY HONESTLY HAPPY,AND at piece, is when im around my dogs or some one else’s dog. Im the guy at the party that hangs with the K-9.
Ill go to some ones house and the dog will be outplaying.Ill lay down in the grass, a concrete floor, or if im dirty , a dirt floor .Just to give this MAGNIFICENT animal my attention.
My Dream Bigger would be all about dogs,
