Coffee Black is the Healthiest
Coffee, 2nd to oil is the next most valuable Commodity,( Legal Commodity )in the world. The morning cup of Joe is what kick starts our day. Probably 65 % of Human society likes coffee, it may be higher or even lower, but nonetheless. WE as a SCOCIETY DRINK a lot of COFFEE every day.
Coffee is said to have Health Benefits, But the only Fashion would be pure Black. I think that this is the Best overall way to drink Coffee.
Coffee becomes less Healthy when you start adding ADDITIVES to the already great Taste and the aromatic smell of Coffee. But to each his OWN, Rite!!
How Strong is to Strong?
I like strong Coffee. Ya see i’m from the Road, Meaning i was a truck driver before i started to work from home. Me and a couple of buddies were going across 70 west in the Buckeye. At the 10 yard stick theirs a couple of truck stops. WE stopped at the T/A and went in. 2 of us rite to the Coffee machine. We were tired, but this was back in the days of paper logs and no ELECTRONIC E LOG Crap. So i pulled the handle on the dispenser. It said CAUTION, VERY HIGHLY CAFFINATED. i laughed and said i can DRINK THIS STUFF, WRONG, i GOT out side , poured half of it out and filled the other half with water. That shit looked like Crude oil and smelled just as bad!!!!
Coffee/Copenhagen and a Cell Phone
Coffee/ Copenhagen and a Cell Phone is what kept me going at all hours of the day or nite. This was when still on paper logs kept me going 90% of the 1.8 million i’ve got sittn on my ass. But i dont know what i would have done with out the Coffee or the Copenhagen, The Cell phone, Well back in the day, the driver would stop short of the deliverer location. Would call the local Police or Fire Departments office and get Directions from them on how to get to their origin of delivery.
What do you add to your coffee?
Coffee Black or Plus, I love coffee Black. But once i started to use the PLOS Thermo, The taste of my mud was Great. I really dont think io could have found a better Supplement. Than the Plos Snap,

Black Coffee
For me , Coffee is Straight Black, unless im snaping a plos in it for the Flavour and also to help stop some of the hungar pains and grumlings, I drinl Black Coffee all day long, From the time io get up until i go to bed, Now is this good for me? Probably not, But that ‘s me, I just love My Coffee
When i may go to a friends house and they ask me if id like a cup of Mud, I dont have to worry about the type of Creamer they have, I just like it Black,
